We are now looking for a dedicated Rental Agent who will have a vital role in the organization. In the role of Rental Agent, you will be part of a team of seven people working in our Customer Service.
Your Responsibilities
In the role of Rental Agent, you will work on the entire rental process for our properties. There is a lot happening in Skellefteå, and it's a fast-paced environment. We face many challenges and upcoming new constructions, which we approach with a positive attitude and a willingness to keep up with a growing city. Most tasks are related to our Customer Service, involving customer contacts through phone, email, and visits. You will also have close collaboration with your colleagues in other parts of the organization to find solutions to situations that may arise in contact with our tenants.
We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable individual who enjoys personal interactions and wants to continue developing the rental of our properties. Your task will be to fulfill our goal of having satisfied tenants and an efficient rental process. The role demands a strong sense of service and a positive attitude. You are one of the company's faces outward and an important ambassador for our brand.
Your main tasks include:
- Handle lease agreements for homes, parking spaces, garages, storage, etc.
- Contract drafting, terminations, and key management
- Manage the housing queue
- Handle tenant communication and information
Your Profile
We place great importance on your personal qualities. As a person, you are engaged, structured, meticulous, and communicative. Moreover, you genuinely enjoy interacting with people and have the ability to build good relationships. You have previous experience in administration and customer service. It is a merit if you have a good understanding of legal processes and knowledge of rental laws. In addition to this, we see that you:
Are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Have good computer skills and are accustomed to working in a computerized environment.
The position is a permanent employment with Skellefteå as the placement location.
